About the Journal

Aims & Scope

Journal Business and Enterprise Development (JOBED) is the official journal of the School of Business, University of Cape Coast, Ghana.  JOBED aspires to cover all business fields comprehensively by publishing high-quality theoretical, philosophical, and empirical papers that make a major contribution to the field of business. Manuscripts submitted to JOBED must show that the topics investigated are relevant to the understanding of business practices and the development of business knowledge, regardless of the research background, tradition, methodology, or theory. JOBED particularly encourages qualitative and quantitative research papers. JOBED features the latest theoretical advances and cutting-edge studies that question current assumptions and paradigms and provide new ways to cope with the never-ending change in the business world. It is targeted at researchers, policymakers, consultants, and practitioners.
